Lucas Pinckard:
Senior Pastor
As the lead pastor at FBC Lake Dallas, Lucas Pinckard offers leadership, teaching, and guidance to the church. Lucas found his faith at the age of 4 and dedicated himself to ministry at 14. In 2002 Lucas started his ministry journey as a worship leader. By 2003, he began serving internationally as an evangelist. In 2010, Lucas worked in Canada at Redwood Park Church in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where he was licensed to preach the Gospel. He was later ordained at FBC Lake Dallas, where he began serving in 2013. In 2020, Lucas married his wonderful wife, Kirsten, and they are blessed with two sons, Levi and Scottie.
Aaron Howard:
Youth Director
After serving as a youth intern for several years, Aaron has now assumed leadership of our youth ministry. Feeling a strong calling to ministry, he has stepped up to the challenge. Leading a vibrant group of students, Aaron focuses on promoting service and fostering discipleship. His wife, Nicole, partners with him in youth ministry.
Heather Swann:
Administrative Assistant
Heather Swann, a fourth-generation Lake Cities resident, has been part of FBC Lake Dallas since 2005. Holding the position of administrative assistant since 2013, Heather has been happily married to her husband, Jason, since 2001. Together, they have two children, Camryn and Eli.
